I missed a call from an unknown 0121 number yesterday, they left a message, it was BRMB. I got a tad excited when i listened and I heard that, then the woman informed me that actually she was ringing to offer me my £1.50 back that I spent on competitions on at the Christmas Lights Switch On… you know, the one where 27,000 people turned up instead of the 5,000 that BCC expected.
Oh, then she told me that if I wanted my £1.50 I had to ring her back and she’d pop a cheque in the post. Maybe I won’t bother.
