Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor

 

So today I did something I never thought I would actually do - I have been 3,500 feet up in the air in a hot-air balloon. Now I’m not afraid to admit that I am a woman when it comes to heights (no offense women), but when you’re 3,500 feet above the ground it certainly does feel like an awfully long way up. Especially when you’re in a wicker basket suspended under a ladybird printed balloon. Anyway, once I’d finished my 15 minutes of hanging on for dear life and looking rather pale I quite enjoyed the views around the Vale of Belvoir and managed to actually let go of the basket to take some pictures. Take a look at the set on Flickr. for the rest :) Tomorrow I head back to brum to a barrage of work but my amazing friends. It has felt like way more than three weeks since we were all together, so cannot wait to see everyone. And, don’t forget that my show starts this Wednesday from 4-6 on Scratch Radio - shamless plug alert.
