Admittedly, my Holga skills to need work but for a first attempt I think this didn’t go too shabily. I’ve still not quite got the hang of the focusing or, for that matter, which way is normal and which is bulb.
From a full 12 shot medium format film, I got about 5 usable images. Which I was pretty happy with. The rest were pretty much because I couldn’t work out the bulb and normal thing - what an idiot. Yet another case of didnt read the manual.
All the images were shot on Ilford HP5+ 400 medium format film and printed on Ilford multigrade paper by my own fair hands. I had to scan the prints, so the quality’s not great, but you get the idea.
The other shots are up on my Flickr. I’ve also made a set just for my Holga images (: I’d love to hear what people think of them.
I have a feeling me and the Holga are going to go a long way.
